Common Features are buttons, field specifics, and prompts of the Axacute System that are consistent in both the Web and Mobile Application.
Buttons
Buttons are the clickable icons throughout the Axacute System that allows users to perform various functions such as processing transactions, adding, deleting and editing transaction details, searching through system collection, and filling fields.
There are many buttons available within the Axacute System, it can be categorized into 4 main categories:
- Purple buttons: Allows users to perform transaction related functions (Both modes)
- Green buttons: Allows users to add lines to a function grid (Web Application only)
- Red buttons: Allows users to remove lines from a function grid (Web Application only)
- Yellow buttons: Allows users to cancel a transaction and return to the previous page (Both Modes)
- Blue buttons: Allows users to perform generation and print action (Web Application only)

Search Button
The Search Button appears in some forms beside fields where users may comb through available records in the system collection to identify the specific transaction number associated with the field and purpose.
To use the Search Button:
1. Click the Search button to open the lookup list for the field.
2. If there is text in the field next to the button, the text will be used as a filter in fetching the lookup list.
3. Use the Search Bar to quickly identify the item or record you are looking for.
4. Click on the item or record to auto fill the details into the specified field.
Note: If there are any values in the field next to the Search button, it will be used to filter the lookup list.
Field Specifies
Field Specifics are the common features that identify if a field has a unique function attached to it. The two most frequently encountered functions are:
- Drop-down bars
- Field requirements
These functions allow users to ensure the information entered into a form or transaction meets the minimum requirement of the system while maintaining accuracy of the information.
Drop-Down Bars
Drop-down bars appear when the system allows for users to select from various choices to fill in a field. To use drop-down bars, simply click on the field to view the options list.
Drop-down bars are often found within the field box and are denoted by the following symbols:
Field Requirements
When entering information into all forms and transactions, the system requires some fields to be mandatory to ensure the necessary information is stored within the system. When a field is mandatory, the * symbol will be attached to the field name.

Prompts
Prompts occur throughout the system during or upon completion of a transaction or form. Prompts are system display messages and alerts, that engage the user to inform or interact accordingly.
Success Prompt
When a transaction successfully executed without any error, the system will display the Success Prompt in Green.

Failure Prompt
When a transaction failed to execute and there is a discrepancy in the information provided, the system will display an Error Prompt in Red.
