Transaction Parameters Overview
The transaction parameters are group by the related transaction or object. It is sort by alphabet in the dropdown selection. User can change the settings based on the three categories below:
- System parameter: General control for different type of transactions and the system.
- Inventory related: Controls for the transactions related with inventory module.
- Production related: Controls for the transactions related with production module.

Parameters Description
The table below lists down all the Object’s corresponding parameters in Transaction Parameters under Administration module which you can change to suit your business needs. Upon changing, click the Save button to save the settings. Download the Transaction Parameter Configurator attachment from the bottom of this page to help you configuring your system.

Customer Order | Item Warehouse Validation | If checked, the system validates each item against its assigned warehouse in the Item Warehouse Master File during customer order creation via User Interface, API, or file import, ensuring inventory accuracy. If unchecked, skips the validation, potentially speeding up order processing but risking inventory discrepancies. Choose based on your operational priorities for accuracy or efficiency. |
CO Picking | Enable warehouse selection | If checked, it allows users to choose their warehouse during transaction. This is useful if you have a dedicated Incoming Location in your Warehouse and is very less likely to change the Location. | |
Auto close purchase order | If checked, Purchase Order line’s status will be set to completed when the quantity received equals or exceed the quantity ordered. Scenario: Complement this parameter together with the tolerance parameter to close the orders automatically. | |

The QR code displayed on the Job Sheet will consist of a mix of the Job Number, Suffix, and Operation Number. |
