Check this parameter when you would like to control the number of Locations in the system and do not want your end users to have the authority to create a new Location.

If checked, the system validates each item against its assigned warehouse in the Item Warehouse Master File during customer order creation via User Interface, API, or file import, ensuring inventory accuracy.

If unchecked, skips the validation, potentially speeding up order processing but risking inventory discrepancies.

Choose based on your operational priorities for accuracy or efficiency.

CO Picking

Job Due Indicator (hours remaining)

Allow user to define the when the job will show near due date alert based on number of hours remaining before the job due date. The mobile Job Inquiry will use different color to indicate the urgency of the job:

• Green color indicates the job due date is still far away
• Orange color indicates the job is remain x hour(s) from the due date (Job Due Indicator hours remaining)
• Red color indicates the job missed its due date

Qty Scrapped Indicator (Lower Limit %)

Allow user to define the lower limit percentage for the qty scrapped indicator.

Qty Scrapped Indicator (Upper Limit %)

Allow user to define the higher limit percentage for the qty scrapped indicator.

Job Labor Hours

Allow users to close job (mobile)

Allow change location

If checked, picker is allowed to change the location where the item picks from. (Only available if required location confirmation is checked )

Scenario:

Check this parameter if there is a certain degree of difficulty to enforce your users to pick from the required Location and instead, they can perform picking from another Location as long as the same Item is available for picking in that Location.

Required lot confirmation

If checked, picker need to scan the lot to confirm it is the right lot to pick.

Scenario:

Check this parameter if you think that Lot validation is essential to prevent the users from picking the wrong Lot.

Allow change lot

If checked, picker is allowed to change the lot where the item picks from. (Only available if required location confirmation is checked )

Auto close purchase order

If checked, Purchase Order line’s status will be set to completed when the quantity received equals or exceed the quantity ordered.

Enable Multi Scan (Production) 

If checked, a dedicated Scan field at the top of relevant forms, enabling efficient QR code scanning for Job, Suffix or Operation. Scanned QR values automatically populate the corresponding fields within the WIP Module.

The QR code displayed on the Job Sheet will consist of a mix of the Job Number, Suffix, and Operation Number.

Allow expired item

If checked, item can be issue even it has already expired.

Scenario:

If unchecked, system will prohibit users from issuing or shipping an expired Item. If checked, system will prompt a warning message for users to make confirmation before the transaction.

Autoclose tolerance %(+ -)

User can define the tolerance plus minus for each order type. The value will use for new generated order and will use to auto close the order.

Integration

If checked, system will connect with the third-party system via API. System settings and transaction forms will change to cater for the integration.

Lot Item Default Issue By

User can select the Issue By rule to set as the default option when create new Lot Item.

Number Format

Control the number of decimal places to display for:

Unit Quantity: The transacted quantity for each transaction

Quantity Per: The quantity per for job material

Total Quantity: The total quantity in orders and reports

Caution: 

Reducing the number of decimal places in this field may cause rounding problems.
