Overview

There are several inventory reports in Axacute where users can access information and the transaction summary. You can find it via this path:

Reports -> Inventory

Users can export the reports via:

  1. Click Export to Excel  to export the result into an Excel format.
  2. Click Export to CSV  to export the results into a CSV format.
  3. Click Print to print out the report from PDF.

Inventory Transactions By Item

This report displays the transaction history and quantities by items.

The fields in the Inventory Transactions By Item report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION

Item

The designated code given to the item.

Item Description

The full description, specifications, or name of the item.

Lot NumberThe lot number for lot item.

Transaction Date

Identifies the exact date when the transaction was performed.

Transaction Type

Defines the nature of the transaction performed.

ReferenceIdentifies the order number for the transaction.

Warehouse

Identifies the warehouse where the transaction was performed.

Location

Identifies the exact location within the above-mentioned warehouse that the transaction occurred.

Transacted Qty

The exact quantity of item that was transacted.

UOM

Unit of measure of the item.

Accumulated Qty

The accumulated quantity of item that was transacted in all transactions.

 

Users may filter results by:

  1. Date - Select the range of dates to filter the results.
  2. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  3. Product Code - Select the range of product codes to filter the results.
  4. Warehouse - Select the range of warehouses to filter the results.
  5. Transaction - Select the specific transaction type to filter the results.
  6. By Lot - If is tick, the results will group by lot number.
  7. Click the Filter button to filter result.
  8. Click the Reset button to clear all the filters.

Stock Move Verification

This report enables users to monitor item movements between locations based on specified filtering criteria.

The fields in the Inventory Transactions By Item report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION

Transaction Date

Identifies the exact date when the transaction was performed.

Transaction Time

Identifies the exact time when the transaction was performed.

Item

The designated code given to the item.

Description

The full description, specifications, or name of the item.

From Location

Source location of the move 

To Location

Destination location of the move

Quantity

The exact quantity of item that was moved.

UOM

Unit of measure of the item.

Warehouse

Warehouse where the move occurred

Document NumberDocument number of the stock move
UsernameUsername of the person who performed the move

 

Users may filter results by:

  1. Trans Date and Time - Select the range of datetimes to filter the results.
  2. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  3. From Location - Select the source location of the move to filter the results.
  4. To Location - Select the destination location of the move to filter the results.
  5. Warehouse - Select the warehouses to filter the results.
  6. Doc No - Enter the specific document number to filter the results.
  7. Username - Enter the username of the person who performed the move to filter the results.
  8. Click the Generate button to filter result.
  9. Click the Reset button to clear all the filters.

Inventory Balance

This report lists all items, warehouses, locations, and quantity on hand. It shows the balance of stock in a location and warehouse.

The fields in the Inventory Balance report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION

Item

The designated code given to the item.

Item Description

The full description, specifications, or name of the item.

Warehouse

Warehouse of the item.

Location

Location of the item.

Qty on Hand

Total quantity on hand of the item.

UOM

Unit of measure of the item.

Users may filter results by:

  1. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  2. Product Code - Select the range of product codes to filter the results.
  3. Warehouse - Select the range of warehouses to filter the results.
  4. Cut Off Date - Select a date to get the inventory balance of the selected date.
  5. By Lot - If is tick, the results will group by lot number. 
  6. Click the Filter button to filter results.
  7. Click the Reset button to clear all the filters.

Lot Expiry

This report lists the warehouse, location, lot number and inventory balance of lot items with the expiry status.

The fields in the Lot Expiry report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION

Item

The designated code given to the item.

Description

The full description, specifications, or name of the item.

Lot NumberLot number of the item.
First Received DateFirst received date of the item into the lot.

Expiry Date

Expiry date of the lot item.

Days to ExpiryIdentifies number of days until expiry date. Negative means already expired.
WarehouseWarehouse of the item.

Location

Location of the item.

Qty on Hand

Total quantity on hand of the item.

UOM

Unit of measure of the item.

Users may filter results by:

  1. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  2. Product Code - Select the range of product codes to filter the results.
  3. Warehouse - Select the range of warehouses to filter the results.
  4. Lot Number - Select the range of lot number to filter the results.
  5. Expiry Date - Select the range of expiry date to filter the results.
  6. Days to Expiry - User can insert positive or negative number and it will filter out the Days to Expiry falls between the user input and zero.
  7. Click the Filter button to filter results.
  8. Click the Reset button to clear all the filters.

Purchase Order Receipt History By Vendor

This report allows users to monitor the quantity received of each purchase order lines depending on the filtering criteria.

The fields in the Purchase Order Receipt History By Vendor report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION

Vendor Code

Identifies the vendor of the purchase order line.

Vendor NameIdentifies the vendor name.

Reference

Identifies the purchase order number.

LineIdentifies the purchase order line number.

Receipt Date

Identifies the date of the transaction. 

Item

The designated code given to the item.

Item Description

The full description, specifications, or name of the item.

LotIdentifies the lot number for lot item.

Quantity Received

The quantity of the item that was received. Negative value indicates quantity returned.

UOM

Unit of measure of the received quantity.

Users may filter results by:

  1. Date - Select the range of dates to filter the results.
  2. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  3. Product Code - Select the range of product codes to filter the results.
  4. PO - Select the range of purchase order number to filter the results.
  5. Vendor code - Select the range of vendor to filter the results.
  6. Click the Filter button to filter results.
  7. Click the Reset button to clear all the filters.

Customer Order Shipment History By Customer

This report allows users to monitor the quantity shipped of each customer order line depending on the filtering criteria.

The fields in the Customer Order Shipment History By Customer report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION

Customer Code

Identifies the customer of the customer order line.

Customer NameIdentifies the customer name.

Reference

Identifies the customer order number.

LineIdentifies the customer order line number.

Shipment Date

Identifies the date of the transaction.

Item

The designated code given to the item.

Item Description

The full description, specifications, or name of the item.

LotIdentifies the lot number for lot item.

Qty Shipped

The quantity of the item that was shipped. Negative value indicates quantity returned.

UOM

Unit of measure of the shipped quantity.

Users may filter results by:

  1. Date - Select the range of dates to filter the results.
  2. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  3. Product Code - Select the range of product codes to filter the results.

Reorder Report

This report allows users to monitor the item of the warehouse when the inventory balance falls below the reorder level.

The fields in the Reorder Report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION

Item

The designated code given to the item.

Item Description

The full description, specifications, or name of the item.

Product CodeIdentifies the product code of the item.
WarehouseIdentifies the warehouse of the item.

Reorder Level

The reorder level defined by the user in the Item Warehouse master.

Qty on Hand

The total inventory balance of the item in the warehouse.

Qty to Reorder

The difference between inventory balance and reorder level.

UOM

Unit of measure of the item.

Users may filter results by:

  1. Warehouse - Select the range of warehouses to filter the results.
  2. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  3. Product Code - Select the range of product code for the item to filter the results.
  4. Click the Filter button to filter results.
  5. Click the Reset button to clear all the filters.

Purchase Order Status

This report allows users to monitor the status for all purchase orders.

The fields in the Purchase Order Status report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION
ReferenceIdentifies the purchase order number.
LineIdentifies the purchase order line number.
Vendor CodeIdentifies the vendor of the purchase order line.
Vendor NameIdentifies the vendor name.
Order Due DateIdentifies the due date of the purchase order line.

Item

The designated code given to the item.

Item Description

The full description, specifications, or name of the item.

Qty Ordered

Total quantity ordered for the purchase order line.

Qty Received

Total quantity received from vendor for the purchase order line.

Qty Returned

Total quantity returned to the vendor for the purchase order line.

Qty BalanceBalance quantity for the purchase order line. (Qty Ordered - Qty Received + Qty Returned)

UOM

Unit of measure of the item.

Users may filter results by:

  1. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  2. PO - Select the range of purchase order number to filter the results. 
  3. Vendor Code - Select the range of vendor to filter the results. 
  4. Due Date - Select the range of due date for the order line to filter the results.
  5. Status - Select the order line status to filter the results.
  6. Past Due - If is tick, only purchase order line which already past due will be show in the results.
  7. Click the Filter button to filter results.
  8. Click the Reset button to clear all the filters.

Customer Order Status

This report allows users to monitor the status for all customer orders.

The fields in the Customer Order Status report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION
ReferenceIdentifies the customer order number.
LineIdentifies the customer order line number.
Customer CodeIdentifies the customer of the customer order line.
Customer NameIdentifies the customer name.
Order Due DateIdentifies the due date of the customer order line.

Item

The designated code given to the item.

Item Description

The full description, specifications, or name of the item.

Qty Ordered

Total quantity ordered for the purchase order line.

Qty PickedTotal quantity picked for the customer order line.

Qty Shipped

Total quantity shipped to customer for the customer order line.

Qty Returned

Total quantity returned from the customer for the customer order line.

Qty BalanceBalance quantity for the customer order line. (Qty Ordered - Qty Shipped + Qty Returned)

UOM

Unit of measure of the item.

Users may filter results by:

  1. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  2. CO - Select the range of customer order number to filter the results. 
  3. Customer Code - Select the range of customer to filter the results. 
  4. Due Date - Select the range of due date for the order line to filter the results.
  5. Status - Select the order line status to filter the results.
  6. Past Due - If is tick, only customer order line which already past due will be show in the results.
  7. Click the Filter button to filter results.
  8. Click the Reset button to clear all the filters.


Customer Order Pick

This report provides warehouse personnel with a detailed list of items to be picked for each Customer Order Line. The report displays item numbers, lot numbers, locations, and quantities to pick based on various item issue methods such as FEFO, FIFO, Lot, or Location. This report simplifies the picking process by outlining the necessary information without requiring prior system allocation.

The fields in the Customer Order Pick report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION
CO NumberThe unique identifier for the customer order associated with the picking process.
CO LineThe specific line number within the customer order, detailing the item and quantity to pick for picking.
ItemThe item code for the product to be picked, as defined in the system.
Item DescriptionThe full description, specifications, or name of the item.
Product CodeIdentifies the product code of the item.
LocationThe location in the warehouse where the item should be picked from, based on the defined "Issue By" strategy (i.e. FEFO, FIFO, Lot or Location).
Lot NumberThe lot number of the item to be picked.
Qty to PickThe quantity of the item to be picked, as specified in the customer order line and determined by the "Issue By" strategy.

UOM

The unit of measure for the item to be picked, as specified in the Order Line UOM.

Expiry DateThe expiration date of the lot.
Due DateThe due date for the specific line item on the customer order line, indicating when the item is expected to be shipped or delivered.

Shipping Zone

The designated shipping zone for the item, used for organizing orders based on destination or delivery methods.

Warehouse

The warehouse from which the item is being picked, indicating the location of inventory for fulfillment.

Zone

The specific zone within the warehouse that is designated for picking or storage of the item.

Users may filter results by:

  1. Warehouse - Select an active warehouse. The report will default to the warehouse associated with the user. 
  2. Group By -  Choose how to group the report data.
  3. CO - Select the range of customer order number to filter the results
  4. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  5. Product Code - Select the range of product code to filter the results.
  6. Customer - Select the range of customer code to filter the results
  7. Line Due Date - Select the range of due date for the order line to filter the results.
  8. Salesperson - Enter the salesperson for the customer order to filter the results.
  9. Shipping Zone - Select one or more shipping zones from a list to filter the results.
  10. Zone - Select one or more zones from a list to filter the results.
  11. Location - Select one or more locations from a list to filter the results.
  12. Click the Generate button to filter results.
  13. Click the Reset button to clear all the filters.

Pallet Summary Report

This report allows users to check the information of each pallet, also can know which pallet is empty.

The fields in the Pallet Summary Report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION
LPNThe license plate number of the pallet.
StatusThe status of the pallet.

Creation Date 

The creation date of the pallet 

WarehouseIdentifies the warehouse where the Pallet is located in. 

Location 

Identified the specific location within abovementioned warehouse where the Pallet is located in. 

Pallet Source 

The transaction type for the first receiving into the pallet. 

Ref Num

Order number of the source. 

Ref Line

Order Line of the reference number above.  

Number of ItemNumber of item in the pallet.

Users may filter results by:

  1. LPN - Select the range of LPN to filter the results.
  2. Status - Select the pallet status to filter the results.
  3. Item - Select the range of items to filter the results.
  4. Product Code - Select the range of product code for the item to filter the results.
  5. Warehouse - Select the range of warehouses to filter the results.
  6. Creation Date - Select the range of pallet creation date to filter the results.
  7. Number of Item - Enter number of item in the pallet to filter the results.
  8. Click the Filter button to filter results.
  9. Click the Reset button to clear all the filters

Transaction – Print Pick List

This report displays the information of the pick lists. 

The fields in the Print Pick List report are:

FIELDDESCRIPTION

Warehouse

The warehouse of the pick list.

Pick List

The pick list number.

Due Date

The due date for the pick list.

Status

The pick list status.

ActionUser can click on Print button to print out the pick lists.

Users may filter results by:

  1. Warehouse - Select the range of warehouse to filter the results.
  2. Pick List - Select the range of pick list number to filter the results.
  3. Due Date - Select the range of due date to filter the results.
  4. Status - Select the pick list status to filter the results.
  5. Click the Filter button to filter result.
  6. Click Reset button to clear all the filters.
