Overview

Inquiry functions allows users to get the real time information on the inventory level of the items and/or locations.


Item Inquiry

The Item Inquiry form allows users to search for a specific item detail within all or a selected warehouse location.

1. Select the Inquiry tab from the menu then select Item Inquiry.

2. Users can search the item that they want to inquire.

3. Users can select the warehouse and location to narrow the search results.

4. Users can choose to display items with zero quantity on hand.

5. Click the Details button to inquire.

6. The system will display a list of warehouse locations which contains the item and the available quantity info. For lot tracked items, users can click on the Lot button to view the list of lots in the location.

7. In the Lot Listing form, the system displays a list of lots from the location and the available quantity info.

8. For item in the pallet, users can click on the Pallet button to view the list of pallets in the location.

 In the Pallet Listing form, the system displays a list of pallets from the location and the quantity contained.


Location Inquiry

The Location Inquiry form allows users to search for a specific warehouse location detail.

1. Select the Inquiry tab from the menu then select Location Inquiry.

2. Search the warehouse and location to inquire.

3. Users can choose to display items with zero quantity on hand.

4. Click the Details button to inquire.

5. The system will display a list of items which are located in the warehouse and the available quantity info. For lot tracked items, users can click on the Lot button to view the list of lots in the location.

6. In the Lot Listing form, the system will display a list of lots from the location and the available quantity info.


Pallet Inquiry

The Pallet Inquiry form allows users to search for a specific pallet detail.

1. Select the Inquiry tab from the menu then select Pallet Inquiry.

2. Search the warehouse and location to inquire.

3. Users can select the LPN and Single Item to narrow the search results. 

4. Click the Details button to inquire.

5. The system will display a list of pallets which are located in the warehouse and location, and the item and quantity contained in the pallet.
