TABLE OF CONTENTS


The Warehouse tab provides a list of functions and transactions which are normally performed within a warehouse.


Stock Move

In the Stock Move form, users record transfer of items from one location to another location within the same warehouse.

Perform Stock Move

1. Select the Warehouse tab from the menu then select Stock Move.

2. Select the Warehouse to perform the Stock Move (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the Items which needs to be moved.

4. Scan or select the From Location (origin location).

5. Scan or select the Lot Number if it is a lot tracked item.

6. Scan or select the To Location (target location). 

7. Optionally, scan or enter the document reference number. 

8. Key in the Quantity to Move. Select the UOM. 

9. Click the Process button.

10. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

11. Users can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


Multi-Stock Move

In the Multi-Stock Move form, users record the movement of multiple items from various source locations to single or multiple destination locations within a warehouse.

Perform Multi-Stock Move

1. Select the Warehouse tab from the menu then select Multi-Stock Move.

2. Select the Warehouse to perform the Multi-Stock Move (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the Items which needs to be moved.

4. Scan or select the From Location (origin location).

5. Scan or select the Lot Number if it is a lot tracked item.

6. Scan or select the To Location (target location). 

7. Optionally, scan or enter the document reference number.

8. Key in the Quantity to Move. Select the UOM.

9. Click the Add button.

10. Repeat steps 2 through 9 until the stock move is complete.

11. Click the Add button.

12.  A success message appears upon successful transaction.

13. Users can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


Misc Issue

Misc Issue form allows users to perform issuance of items without any formal documentation and orders. Users can also use this function to do a stock adjustment (reduce inventory balance).

Perform Misc Issue

1. Select the Warehouse tab from the menu then select Misc Issue.


2. Select the Warehouse to perform a Misc Issue (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the Item to perform a miscellaneous issue.

4. Scan or select the Location to issue from.

5. Scan or select the Lot Number if it is a lot tracked item.

6. Enter the Reason Code.

7. Key in the Quantity to Issue. Select the UOM.

8. Optionally, scan or enter any document reference number.

9. Click the Process button.

10. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

11. User can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


Misc Receipt

Misc Receipt form allows user to perform receiving of items without any formal documents and orders. User can also use this function to do stock adjustment (increase inventory balance).

Perform Misc Receipt

1. Select the Warehouse tab from the menu then select Misc Receipt.

2. Select the Warehouse to perform Misc Receipt (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the Item to perform miscellaneous receipt.

4. Scan or select the Location to receive the item.

5. Scan or select the Lot Number if is lot tracked item. System can generate new Lot Number.

6. Enter Expiry Date if is expiry tracked item.

7. Enter the Reason Code.

8. Key in the Quantity to Receive. Select the UOM.

9. Optionally, scan or enter any document reference number.

10. Optionally, scan or select the LPN to receive the item in. 

11. Click the Process button.

12. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

13. User can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


Inventory Count

Inventory Count form allow the counter in the warehouse to update the quantity counted into the system. The counted quantity submitted via mobile will auto update in the web inventory count sheet.

Perform Inventory Count

1. Select the Warehouse tab from the menu then select Inventory Count.

2. Select the Warehouse to perform Inventory Count (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the Employee ID who is the counter for the inventory count.

4. Optionally, scan or select the Location to perform inventory count.

5. User can select the Status dropdown to filter the list.

STATUSDESCRIPTION
CountedWhen the counter 1 quantity is the same as the cutoff quantity.
UncountedWhen no counting is being performed.
ExceptionWhen the counter 1 quantity differs from the cutoff quantity.

6. Click the Next button.

7. From the Details List, select the item to update counted quantity.

To change the default sort, go to the Transaction Parameters form -> Inventory Count object -> Default Sort By parameter

8. Key in the Counted Quantity. Select the UOM. 

9. Upon entering the Counted Quantity and UOM, the system will automatically convert the Counted Quantity to the Base UOM and display the result in the read-only fields above.

4. Click the Process button.

5. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

6. User can review the output of the process in the Count Sheet form under the Inventory tab in the Web application.


Batch Inventory Count

Batch Inventory Count form allows the counter in the warehouse to streamline item verification and counting. It automatically matches scanned or manually inputted items with the Inventory Count list. For lot-tracked items, each scan of an item and lot combination increases the Counted Quantity by one in the Base UOM. For non-lot tracked items, each scan of an individual item increments the Counted Quantity by one. The counted quantity submitted via mobile will auto update in the web inventory count sheet.

Perform Inventory Count

1. Select the Warehouse tab from the menu then select Inventory Count.

2. Select the Warehouse to perform Inventory Count (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the Employee ID who is the counter for the inventory count.

4. Optionally, scan or select the Location to perform inventory count.

5. User can select the Status dropdown to filter the list.

STATUSDESCRIPTION
CountedWhen the counter 1 quantity is the same as the cutoff quantity.
UncountedWhen no counting is being performed.
ExceptionWhen the counter 1 quantity differs from the cutoff quantity.

6. Click the Next button.

Note: 

If the location is not specified in the first page, the location field in the Inventory Count List will be blank and editable. This allows users to input a different location for each item during the counting process.

If the location is specified in the first page, the location field in the Inventory Count List will display the entered location data and will be set to read-only. This facilitates counting multiple items from the same location without the need to input the location repeatedly.



7. There are two tabs:

a. Match - This tab lists the Count Sheet Lines that match the filter criteria entered in the Inventory Count.

b. No Match - This tab initially starts with empty records. As you count items, any item that is not found in the Count Sheet Lines will be automatically added to this tab. This helps track any discrepancies or unexpected items that were counted but not originally listed.

8. Select or enter Item, Lot (for lot-tracked items), and Location (if editable) either through a magnifying glass search or manual entry. Then click the Count button. Alternatively, scan a QR code that includes details such as Item, Lot (for lot-tracked items), and Location (if editable).  

9. Once the Count button is clicked or the scan fields are filled, the system will automatically match against the count sheet lines

    a. If a match is found, the counted quantity for that item will automatically increase by one in the Match tab. 

b. If there is no match, a message ("Item not found on count sheet") will be displayed. The item's details will be automatically added to the No Match tab with a counted quantity of 1 for further review or action. If the item is already in the No Match tab, the counted quantity for that item will automatically increase by one.  

10. Click on [-] button next to the Qty Counted field in the list to decrease the counted quantity down to zero if a mistake is made, or directly edit the Qty Counted field. 

11. Click on the Process button.

12. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

13. If there are records with counted quantities greater than or equal to 0, you can review the Match records in the Count Sheet form under the Inventory tab in the Web application before posting the counted quantity as a stock adjustment.

14. If there are records with counted quantities greater than 0, you can review the No Match records in the Inventory Count Unmatched form under the Inventory tab in the web application for further review and miscellaneous receipt adjustments.

15. Click on the Cancel button to cancel the count transaction.  


Pick List

Pick List form allow the picker in the warehouse to perform pick or unpick of items according to the mobile pick list.

Perform Pick List Pick

1. Select the Warehouse tab from the menu then select Pick List.

2. Select the Warehouse to perform Pick List Pick (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the Employee ID who is the picker for the pick list.

4. Click the Next button.

5. From the list of Pick List, select the pick list number to perform pick.

6. Click the Pick button.

7. From the list of Pick List Items, select the item to pick.

8. Scan the Item to confirm pick on the right item.

Note: The Details showing below the form is the order information which will fulfilled by the picked item.

9. Scan the From Location to confirm pick from the right location

10. Scan or select the Lot number to confirm that the right lot is picked.

11. Key in the Quantity to Pick. Select the UOM.

12. Click the Process button.

13. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

14. User can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


Perform Pick List Unpick

1. Select the Warehouse tab from the menu then select Pick List.

 2. Select the Warehouse to perform Pick List Unpick (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the Employee ID who is the picker for the pick list.

4. Click the Next button.

5. From the list of Pick List, select the pick list number to perform unpick.

6. Click the Unpick button.

 7. From the list of Picked Items, select the item to unpick.

8. Scan the Item to confirm unpick on the right item.

9. Scan or select the Lot number to confirm unpick on the right lot.

10. Key in the Quantity to Unpick. Select the UOM.

11. Scan or select the To Location where the item unpick to.

12. Click the Process button.

13. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

14. User can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.
