TABLE OF CONTENTS


The Incoming tab provides a list of functions and transactions which allow user to perform receiving of item into the warehouse based on formal documents and orders.


PO Receipt

Purchase Order Receipt form allows user to perform receiving of purchased items according to the purchase order created in the system. User can generate the barcode labels to affix on the received items after the transaction.

User can perform PO Receipt by Order or by Vendor.

Perform PO Receipt by Order

1. Select the Incoming tab from the menu then select PO Receipt.

2. Select Search By PO to receive using purchase order number.

3. Select the Warehouse to perform PO Receipt (if the warehouse field is enabled).

4. Scan or select the PO Number of the items being received.

5. Optionally, scan or select the Item.

6. Optionally, scan or enter a vendor DO number.

7. Click the Next button to proceed to the next form.

8. From the Purchase Order List, select the order line to receive the items.

9. Optionally, scan or enter the Vendor Lot number.

10. Scan or select the Location to receive the item.

11. Scan or select the Lot Number if is lot tracked item. System can generate new Lot Number.

12. Enter Expiry Date if is expiry tracked item.

13. Optionally, enter the Manufacturing Date. It will be log into the Lot master file.

14. Key in the Quantity to Receive the item. Select the UOM.

15. If receiving an item into a single existing pallet, follow these steps

  1. Scan or select the LPN to receive the item into the Pallet.
  2. The item will be received into the specified pallet linked to the provided LPN.

16. if receiving an item into multiple pallets, follow these steps:

  1. Specify the total number of pallets for the incoming items
  2. The system will automatically generate distinct LPNs for each pallet.
  3. Each LPN will be associated with its respective pallet. 

17. Click the Process button.

18. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

19. Complete the Print Barcode Label form. To learn more, refer to PERFORM PRINT PO RECEIPT LABEL.

20. Click the Print button to generate the labels

21. User can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


Perform PO Receipt by Vendor

1. Select the Incoming tab from the menu then select PO Receipt.

2. Select Search By Item & Vendor to receive using vendor number.

3. Select the Warehouse to perform PO Receipt (if the warehouse field is enabled).

4. Scan or select the Item being received.

5. Scan or select the Vendor Code.

6. Select the PO number with the selected item and from selected vendor.

7. Click the Next button to proceed to the next form.

8. From the Purchase Order List, select the order line to receive the items.

9. Optionally, scan or enter the Vendor Lot number.

10. Scan or select the Location to receive the item.

11. Scan or select the Lot Number if is lot tracked item. System can generate new Lot Number.

12. Enter Expiry Date if is expiry tracked item.

13. Optionally, enter the Manufacturing Date. It will be log into the Lot master file.

14. Key in the Quantity to Receive the item. Select the UOM.

Put Away

The Put Away form allows user to perform the process of moving items from the staging or dock area into a warehouse's storage location.

Perform Put Away

1. Select the Incoming tab from the menu then select Put Away.

2. Select the Warehouse to perform Put Away (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the put away From Location of the item.

4. Scan or select the Item that need to put away.

5. Scan or select the Lot Number if is lot tracked item.

6. Scan or select the To Location of the item to be store.

7. Key in the Quantity to Putaway. Select the UOM.

8. Click the Process button

9. Verify the success message pops up.

10. User can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


CO Return

Customer Order Return form allows user to perform receiving of the items returned from the customer when there is situation like the shipment is returned by the customer.

Perform CO Return

1. Select the Incoming tab from the menu then select CO Return.

2. Select the Warehouse to perform CO Return (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the CO Number of the returned item.

4. Optionally, select Order Line Number of the returned Item.

5. Click the Next button to proceed to the next form.

6. From the Customer Order Return List, select the order line of the returned items.

7. Scan or select the Location return to.

8. Scan or select the Lot Number if is lot tracked item.

9. Key in the Quantity to Return. Select the UOM.

10. Enter the Reason Code.

11. Click the Process button.

12. Verify the success message pops up.

13. User can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


TO Receipt 

Transfer Order Receipt form allows users to receive items transferred from another warehouse based on the transfer order created in the system.

User can perform TO Receipt by Unit or by Pallet basis.

Perform TO Receipt by Unit

1. Select the Incoming tab from the menu then select TO Receipt.

2. Select Receive By Unit to receive the item on a unit basis. 

3. Select the Warehouse to perform TO Receipt (if the warehouse field is enabled).

4. Scan or select the TO Number related to the items being received.

5. Optionally, scan or select the Item to be received.

6. Click the Next button to proceed to the next form.

7. From the Transfer Order List, select the order line of the received items.

8. Scan or select the Location where the items will be received into.

9. Optionally, scan the Lot number if is lot-tracked item.

10. Enter the Expiry Date of the lot if is new lot number.

11. Key in the Quantity to Receive the items. Select the UOM.

12. Optionally, enter the Quantity Loss if any. Select the UOM.

13. Enter the Reason Code if there is quantity loss entered.

14. Click the Process button.

15. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

16. User can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


Perform TO Receipt by Pallet

1. Select the Incoming tab from the menu then select TO Receipt.


2. Select Receive By Pallet to receive the item on a Pallet basis. 

3. Select the Warehouse to perform TO Receipt (if the warehouse field is enabled).

4. Scan or select the TO Number related to the items being received.

5. Scan or enter the Location where the pallet will go.

6. Click the Next button to proceed to the next form.

7.  The system will initialize all TO lines information which have Qty Receivable >0 and Line status is Open in the No Match tab.

8. Scan or select the LPN that that is going to be received.

    a. The TO lines will appear under the No Match tab if the pallet item entered does not match the TO item.

    b. The TO line will appear under the Match tab if the pallet item entered does match the TO item.The Quantity to Receive will auto-populate as Qty Contained in the pallet. 

9. Optionally, enter the Quantity Loss if any. Select the UOM.

10. Enter the Reason Code if there is quantity loss entered.

11. Click the Process button.

12. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

13. User can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.
