Overview

The Print Label tab provides a list of label options which allow user to re-print the barcode label for the history transactions or to update the inventory balance.


FIELDDESCRIPTION
PrinterThis field is visible and active only when the PrintNode toggle is enabled.
It shows a real-time list of active printers from the PrintNode client.
Users can choose their desired printer from the list to direct the system for label printing. When the "Print" button is clicked, the system generates a PDF label using the paper size specified in the Labels Master file and sends it to the selected printer. 

Label

Select the barcode label template to print out.

Labels Per Box

Identify number of label(s) for each box.

No. of Boxes

Identify total number of boxes needed for the label.

Qty Remaining

The quantity of the item remaining to generate into the label.

Qty Per Box

Identify the quantity of the item in the box, which will be print in the label.

Note: The Qty Remaining need to be zero for user to perform printing of the label. Users have to generate label(s) for the total quantity of the item.


Inventory Label

In the Inventory Label form, user can print the barcode label for the items in the warehouse location.

Perform Print Inventory Label

1. Select the Print Label tab from the menu then select Inventory Label.

2. Select the Warehouse to identify the inventory (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the Item to print label.

4. Scan or select the Location of inventory.

5. Scan or select the Lot Number if is lot tracked item.

6. Key in the Quantity of item to be print in the label.

7. Click the Process button to proceed to the next form.

8. In the Print Barcode Label form, user fill up the required fields. Please refer to table on top for the field definition.

9. Click the Plus Sign (next to Qty Per Box) button to add a label setting to the table below.

10. Verify the information and click Print button to generate the label.

11. Label generated into PDF. User can print out the label.


CO Shipping Label

In the Customer Order Shipping Label form, user can re-print the barcode label for the CO Shipping transactions which had already performed in the system.

Perform Print CO Shipping Label

1. Select the Print Label tab from the menu then select CO Shipping Label.

2. Select the Warehouse to identify the inventory (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the CO Number of the shipping label.

4. Scan or select the Order Line Number.

5. Scan or select the Location where the item was originally stored.

6. Scan or select the Lot Number if is lot tracked item.

7. Key in the Quantity of item to be print in the label.

8. Click the Process button to proceed to the next form.

9. In the Print Barcode Label form, user fill up the required fields. Please refer to table on top for the field definition.

10. Click the Plus Sign (next to Qty Per Box) button to add a label setting to the table below.

11. Verify the information and click Print button to generate the label.

12. Label generated into PDF. User can print out the label.


PO Receipt Label

In the Purchase Order Receipt Label form, user can re-print the barcode label for the PO Receipt transactions which had already performed in the system.

Perform Print PO Receipt Label

1. Select the Print Label tab from the menu then select PO Receipt Label.

2. Select the Warehouse to identify the inventory (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the PO Number for the label.

4. Scan or select the Order Line Number.

5. Scan or select the Location where the item was stored.

6. Scan or select the Lot Number if is lot tracked item.

7. Key in the Quantity of item to be print in the label.

8. Optionally, scan or enter the Vendor Lot.

9. Click the Process button to proceed to the next form.

10. In the Print Barcode Label form, user fill up the required fields. Please refer to table on top for the field definition.

11. Click the Plus Sign (next to Qty Per Box) button to add a label setting to the table below.

12. Verify the information and click Print button to generate the label. 

13. Label generated into PDF. User can print out the label.



TO Shipping Label

In the Transfer Order Shipping Label form, user can re-print the barcode label for the TO Shipping transactions which had already performed in the system.

Perform Print TO Shipping Label

1. Select the Print Label tab from the menu then select TO Shipping Label.

2. Select the Warehouse to identify the inventory (if the warehouse field is enabled).

3. Scan or select the TO Number for the label.

4. Scan or select the Order Line Number.

5. Scan or select the Location where the item was previously stored.

6. Scan or select the Lot Number if is lot tracked item.

7. Key in the Quantity of item to be print in the label.

8. Click the Process button to proceed to the next form.

9. In the Print Barcode Label form, user fill up the required fields. Please refer to table on top for the field definition.

10. Click the Plus Sign (next to Qty Per Box) button to add a label setting to the table below.

11. Verify the information and click Print button to generate the label.

12. Label generated into PDF. User can print out the label.


Pallet Label

In the Pallet Label form, user can print the barcode label for the pallets in the warehouse location.

Perform Print Pallet Label

1. Select the Print Label tab from the menu then select Pallet Label.

2. Enter or select the LPN to identify the pallet to print the label.

3. Click the Process button to proceed to the next form.

4. In the Print Barcode Label form, user fill up the required fields. Please refer to table on top for the field definition.

Note:
The No. of Boxes field is always set to 1 and ready only
The Qty Remaining field is always empty and ready only
The Qty Per Box field is always empty and ready only


5. Click the Plus Sign (next to Qty Per Box) button to add a label setting to the table below.

6. Verify the information and click Print button to generate the label.

7. Label generated into PDF. User can print out the label.
