The License Plate Number (LPN) Definition form is where user can define pallet number format. The system automatically generates the LPN number on a pallet according to this setting. You can find it via this path:

Administration -> Number Definitions -> License Plate Number Definition

Add License Plate Number Definition

1. In the License Plate Number Definition List form, click the Add button.

2. In the Add License Plate Number Definition form, enter the License Plate number definition details.

3. Specify the description for the LPN definition (must be unique) 

4.Define the Running Number Digits and Start Running Number.

5. Specify the License Plate Number Definition by select the segment to add. User can use constant field to add constant, divider and/or specific characters.

6. Click on Reset button to redo.

6. Click Save button to add LPN definition.

Edit License Plate Number Definition

1. In the  License Plate Number Definition List form, click the Edit button.

2. In the Edit License Plate Number Definition form, user only allowed to edit the Active status for the License Plate Number Definition.

3. Click Save button to complete.

Delete License Plate Number Definition

1. In the License Plate Number Definition List form, tick the checkbox for LPN definition which need to be delete. Click the Delete button to delete.

2. A warning message will be prompt to ask for confirmation on delete, click Yes button to delete.
