The Pallet tab provides a list of functions that enable to manage pallets effectively within a warehouse.

 


Pallet Move

In the Pallet Move form, users record transfer of a pallet from one location to another within the same warehouse. 

Perform Pallet Move

1. Select the Pallet tab from the menu then select Pallet Move.

2. Scan or select the LPN of the pallet which needs to be moved.

3. Scan or select the To Location (target location).

4. Optionally, scan or enter the document reference number.

5. Click the Process button.

6. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

7. Users can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


Pallet Letdown

In the Pallet Letdown form, users record the removal of an item, either in part or in full from a pallet and its transfer to another or the same location within the same warehouse.

Perform Pallet Letdown

1. Select the Pallet tab from the menu then select Pallet Letdown.

2. Scan or select the LPN of the pallet which needs to be letdown.

3. Select Letdown option, either removal of an item in part or in full from a pallet 

4. if Partial option selected,

    a. Scan or select the Item

    b. Scan or select the To Location (target location).

   c. Enter the Qty to Letdown and UOM

4. If All option selected

   a. Scan or select the To Location (target location).

5. Click the Process button.

6. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

7. Users can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.



Pallet Transfer

In the Pallet Transfer form, users record transfer of items from one pallet to another existing pallet within the same location and warehouse.

Perform Pallet Transfer

1. Select the Pallet tab from the menu then select Pallet Transfer.

2. Scan or select the LPN of the pallet which needs to transfer the item from.

3. Scan or select the Item that needs to transfer

4. If the item is lot-tracked, scan or select the lot that needs to transfer

5. Scan or select the LPN of the pallet which need to transfer the item to.

6. Enter the Qty to Transfer and UOM of the item to palletize

7. Click the Process button.

8. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

9. Users can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


Pallet Builder

In the Pallet Builder form, users record transfer of loose items from one location into an existing pallet. 


Perform Pallet Builder

1. Select the Pallet tab from the menu then select Pallet Builder.

2. Scan or select the LPN of the pallet which needs to build.

3. Scan or select the Item to palletize.

4. If the item is lot-tracked, scan or select the lot that needs to transfer

5. Scan or select the From Location of the item taken.

6. Enter the Qty to Put and UOM of the item to palletize

7. Click the Process button.

8. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

9. Users can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.


Pallet Destruction

In the Pallet Destruction form, users record the emptying and destruction of a pallet. 

Perform Pallet Destruction

1. Select the Pallet tab from the menu then select Pallet Destruction.

2. Scan or select the LPN of the pallet which needs to destructed.

3. Click the Process button.

4. A success message appears upon successful transaction.

5. Users can review the output of the process in the Material Transactions form under the History tab in the Web application.
