Overview
The Connected Apps form provides users with an overview of all the external applications or services that often integrate with the Axacute to extend functionality or enable seamless data exchange.
You can manage your connected apps from this menu, granting or revoking access as needed. It is essential to review the permissions granted to each connected app to ensure data security and privacy.

Bartender | Facilitates seamless label printing directly from the Axacute system by integrating with Bartender Cloud (Automation Edition). Once connected, users can specify the Bartender Cloud label template and select a registered printer (configured in Bartender) to print labels directly from the system. This integration simplifies the label printing process, eliminating the need for manual exports and ensuring smoother operations. Important Reminder: Please note that Axacute does not provide direct support for Bartender Cloud. Users must separately subscribe to Bartender Cloud and configure it within their system. Integration Setup
Steps for Integration Setup:
- Under Administration, select Connected Apps.
- Toggle On for the QuickBooks widget under the Connected Apps.
- Fill in your QuickBooks Company ID and select a default warehouse to sync with QuickBooks.
- Click on the Connect to QuickBooks button.
How to disconnect?
- Under Administration, select Connected Apps.
- Toggle Off for the QuickBooks widget under the Connected Apps.
- Click on Disconnect from QuickBooks button in the warning pop-up.
Rules, Configurations & Others
Here are important details to ensure a smooth integration between QuickBooks and Axacute:
- Axacute system support multiple warehouses, however it is not the case in QuickBooks. User need to select a default warehouse to be used to sync with QuickBooks. The Purchase Orders will be created using the default warehouse.
- There is no UOM in QuickBooks, the order quantity from QuickBooks will sync to Axacute using the Item’s UOM.
- QuickBooks user is not allowed to edit the Display Name for both Customers and Suppliers.
- QuickBooks user is not allowed to edit the data which source is from Axacute. For example, the Product Categories Name, Product and Services Name, Description, Category and Status.
- Prerequisites to creating the Axacute item: These 3 accounts must be configured on the QuickBooks Chart of Accounts.
- Sales of Product Income
- Inventory Asset
- Cost of Sales
- The Product and Services must have Inventory Asset as the Inventory Asset Account and Sales of Product Income as the Income Account by default.
- Inventory level or quantity on hand for Product and Services will not be sync between the system. User can generate Inventory Balance Report in Axacute and adjust the quantity in QuickBooks.
PrintNode
Introduction
PrintNode is a cloud-based printing service that enables businesses to print documents from anywhere by connecting web applications with local printers. By integrating PrintNode into the Axacute solution, users can send print jobs directly to printers across different locations in a reliable and secure manner. This integration eliminates the need for manual setup of printers, providing a streamlined solution for printing from the cloud.
Integration Setup
Prerequisites:
- Users must subscribe to a PrintNode (Single Account Plan) separately from Axacute.
- All printers must be connected to the Print Server.
- The PrintNode Client must be installed on the user's Print Server.
- PrintNode API Keys should be generated.
Steps for Integration Setup:
- Under Administration, select Connected Apps.
- Toggle On for the PrintNode widget under the Connected Apps.
- Fill in your API Key and click on the Save button to complete the connection.
How to disconnect?
- Under Administration, select Connected Apps.
- Toggle Off for the PrintNode widget under the Connected Apps.
Rules, Configurations & Others
Here are important details to ensure a smooth integration between PrintNode and Axacute:
- Label Settings
- When the PrintNode toggle is turned on, the "Barcode Admin > Labels Master" form will display an additional compulsory field for the user to enter the “Paper Size”.
2. This “Paper Size” field must match the Printer paper size configuration of the connected printer.
2. Label Printing
1. In the "Print Barcode Label" form, the Printer field will be visible, it will only be applicable when the PrintNode toggle is on.
2. The Printer field will display a live list of all active printers connected via PrintNode.
3. Users can select the desired printer from this list to direct the label to the chosen printer.
4. Clicking the Print button will generate the label in PDF format, based on the paper size defined in the Labels Master file.
5. The PDF will then be sent to the selected printer for printing.
6. If the connection or network is offline, the label will be queued in PrintNode. Once the connection is restored, label printing will resume automatically.
Bartender
Introduction
Bartender Cloud (Automation Edition) is a powerful, cloud-based label printing and automation solution. It allows users to design, print, and manage labels from anywhere while integrating seamlessly with various business systems. By connecting Axacute to Bartender Cloud, users can automatically generate labels for inventory, shipments, and production, ensuring compliance, traceability, and efficiency.
Integration Setup
Prerequisites:
- Users must subscribe to Bartender Cloud (Automation Edition) separately from Axacute.
- Bartender Cloud:
- Bartender Cloud is set up and configured for the printer.
- Label templates have been created, uploaded, and are ready to use.
- User, role, and group permissions management has been configured.
Steps for Integration Setup:
- Open the Site Settings form and go to the Environment Settings section. Enter the Bartender Cloud Client ID and Client Secret.
- Navigate to the Connected Apps form and toggle the Bartender Cloud widget to "On."
- A Bartender Cloud login form will appear. Enter your credentials to proceed.
- After logging in, you will be redirected back to Axacute, where an access token will be provided. This token enables API calls and completes the integration setup.
How to disconnect?
- Under Administration, select Connected Apps.
- Toggle Off for the Bartender widget under the Connected Apps.

Here are key notes to ensure smooth integration between Bartender Cloud and Axacute:
- All Bartender label templates must be stored in the 'templates' main folder.
- In the Print Barcode Label form, the Printer field will be visible, it will only be applicable when the Bartender toggle is on.
3. The Printer field will display a live list of all active printers connected via Bartender Cloud.
4. Users can select the desired printer from the list to direct the label to the chosen printer.
5. Upon clicking the Print button, the system will generate the label data and submit it to the selected printer.
6. Users can monitor the printing status and view detailed logs from Bartender Cloud. This feature allows users to track print jobs, review any errors, and ensure successful printing from the cloud-based interface.
Axacute Label Templates with Database Fields
Axacute offers six predefined label templates, each containing dynamic database fields. These fields are populated with their respective values when Axacute sends label data in JSON format to Bartender Cloud for printing. Bartender Cloud uses this data to generate and print labels.
