New Features


1. QR Code Scanning (handle multiple-value) - WIP Module 

Introducing this new feature in the WIP Module. Users can activate the Multi Scan functionality by checking the "Enable Multi Scan (Production)" checkbox in the Transaction Parameters form, the QR code in the Job Sheet report will dynamically change to accommodate multiple values. Users will find an extra Scan field conveniently located at the top of the form, simplifying QR code scanning. Upon scanning a QR code containing Job Order Number, Suffix, and Operation Number, the associated values will automatically populate the form. This feature streamlines data entry processes within the WIP Module by facilitating efficient form auto-filling.


    2. QR Code Scanning (handle multiple-value) - Warehouse, Incoming, Outgoing Modules 
Introducing this new feature in the Warehouse, Incoming, and Outgoing Modules. Users can active the Multi Scan functionality by checking the "Enable Multi Scan (Inventory)" checkbox in the Transaction Parameters form. Users will find an extra Scan field conveniently located at the top of the form, simplifying QR code scanning. Upon scanning a QR code containing Warehouse, Item, Lot, and Location, the corresponding values will automatically fill in the forms. This new feature aims to improve accuracy and save time in data input within the Warehouse, Incoming, and Outgoing Modules by enabling users to effortlessly auto-fill forms.


3. "CO Picking" and "CO Shipping" for Non-Inventory Items 

Users can now perform "CO Picking" and "CO Shipping" transactions for non-inventory items. It's important to note that non-inventory items are not tracked in the inventory system. Therefore, the system does not adjust stock levels when these items are picked and shipped. This feature streamlines the process of handling non-inventory items in customer orders.



Improvements


  1.  Improved the "Transaction Type" filter criteria to enable users to make multiple selections, providing enhanced flexibility and facilitating a more detailed analysis of inventory transactions in the "Inventory Transactions by Item" report.  
  2. Improved "Integration Log" with refined filtering options: including a flexible "Duration Days(s)" filter (options: Today, Last 2 Days, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, Custom Date Range). Added an "All" option to the extended "Status" filter. To improve performance and maintain a streamlined log history, the system will now automatically delete log entries older than one month from the Integration Log.
