Customer Order 

Customer Order Creation and Management:

  1. Users can create and manage customer orders in the system.
  2. Define order details in the header: order number, customer code, due date, address, notes and etc.
  3. Specify line details: line number, status, item, warehouse, ordered quantity, and released quantity.
  4. Supports non-inventory items in customer orders.
  5. Allows multiple warehouses for a customer order, enabling order lines to be fulfilled by different warehouses.
  6. User access can be restricted to transactions for their assigned warehouse.
  7. Control the status of the customer order header and line.
  8. Auto-closes order lines based on user-set minimum issuing percentage.
  9. Auto-closes the entire customer order when all lines are closed.


Order Number Definition

  1. Users can define a specific customer order number format.
  2. The system generates order numbers based on the format specified by the user.
  3. Enables customization of order number structures to align with organizational preferences.
  4. Users can maintain one active order number definition per order type.
  5. Facilitates systematic and structured order numbering for various types of transactions.


Outgoing - Customer Order Pick and Ship (Mobile Version)

  1. Users can perform customer picking and shipping simultaneously based on the customer order.
  2. Items are directly shipped out to the customer.
  3. Updates transactions in the customer order and inventory levels from the shipping location.


Outgoing - Customer Order Picking and Shipping (Mobile Version)

  1. Users can pick items by unit or pallet to a staging location based on the customer order.
  2. Items are moved to a staging location for packing and checking before shipping.
  3. Updates inventory levels from the picking location.
  4. Performs shipping of items from the staging location to the customer.
  5. Updates transactions in the customer order and inventory levels from the staging/packing location.


Outgoing - Customer Order Unpicking (Mobile Version)

  1. Users can reverse the picking process by performing customer order unpicking of items by unit or pallet from a staging location to another location.
  2. Updates transactions in the customer order and inventory levels.


Customer Order Shipping Label (Mobile Version)

  1. Auto-generates customer order shipping labels during the item shipping process.
  2. Users can print and affix labels to items before shipping them out from the warehouse.


Incoming - Customer Order Return

  1. Users can receive items returned by the customer based on the customer order .
  2. Requires stating the reason for the return.
  3. Updates the customer order regarding returned items.
  4. Updates inventory levels for returned items.
  5. Generates transaction records for Customer Order Return.


Material Transaction & Report

  1. Stores all transactions related to the customer order in the Material Transaction history log.
  2. Customer order shipment report provides a summary of all issuance records for each customer order reference.
