New Features

    1. Multi-Stock Move 

This feature introduces Multi-Stock Move functionality, enabling the efficient movement of multiple items from different source locations to single or multiple destination locations within a warehouse, all within a single Multi-Stock Move mobile transaction. Optimized for mobile scanner interfaces, this form ensures ease of use and streamlined operations for enhanced efficiency in managing stock movements.


2. Stock Move Verification Report 

This report providing users with the capability to verify and audit stock moves within a specified date and time range. This report offers various filtering options and can be conveniently exported to Excel or CSV formats, facilitating seamless data analysis and reporting.



Improvements

  1. Enhanced functionality in mobile receipt forms:
    1. System now automatically calculates the lot's expiration date when a new lot is entered in the Lot field.
    2. Calculation is based on default shelf-life days specified in the Item Master file, with the calculated value defaulting to the Expiry Date field in mobile forms.
  2. Improved lot listing functionality:
    1. Added additional fields for Expiry Date and Location, enhancing lot selection across operations such as Pick and Ship, CO Pick, TO Shipping, and Job Material Issue forms.
    2. Users can now pick lots without predefining a location, improving efficiency and ease of use.
    3. Introduced sorting options (Ascending or Descending) for fields, providing greater flexibility and control over displayed information.
  3. Added Salesperson field to Customer Order form:
    1. Enables users to maintain and track the salesperson associated with each order.
    2. Supports importation from file or API and inclusion in file exportation for seamless data integration and management.
  4. Enhanced CO Picking Form:
    1. Added new pick method by Customer, allowing CO Picking based on customer in addition to CO.
    2. Introduced new filter fields for Salesperson and Shipping Zone to refine the CO Picking list.
    3. Added Qty Available field to display available quantities per item in the warehouse, improving order management efficiency.
  5. Enhanced CO Shipping Form:
    1. Added new fields for Salesperson and Shipping Zone to filter the CO Shipping List, enhancing shipping operations management. 
  6. Improved Item Warehouse form now includes a new field, Qty Available, showing the quantity available for a specified item in a specified warehouse, providing users with clear and immediate inventory information.
  7. Enhanced Batch Job Material Issue functionality:
    1. Made the Operation filter field optional, allowing users to list materials for all operations if needed.
    2. Introduced a new "Qty to Released" field, enabling intelligent calculation of the quantity to issue based on user input, improving material issuing process efficiency.
  8.  Improved the Job Receipt functionality by introducing an "Auto complete job order" checkbox parameter, giving users control over job status updates. When "Allow over receive" is unchecked and "Auto complete job order" is checked, the system automatically changes the job status to "Completed" if the received quantity matches the released quantity and the required materials are issued in sufficient quantities. 
  9. Introducing the "Default picking location" parameter in CO Picking object. This parameter enables users to specify a default location for item picking. With this feature, users can define default picking locations for each warehouse, automating the "From Location" field in the "Customer Order Picking" process.  
  10. Enhanced TO processing to allow over shipment. When "Allow Over Ship" is enabled in transaction parameters, the TO Line now closes only when the total of TO Receipt and Lost equals or exceeds TO Shipped. This update applies to both TO headers and TO lines.  
  11. Introduced "Batch Inventory Count" form, relocating functionality from the "Scan Items" button in "Inventory Count" to enhance user experience. Access restricted to users with appropriate permissions. 
  12. Enhanced the "Location" listing to improve usability. Picking locations set to "YES" and locations with "Location Type" set to "Transit" are now hidden from the Location List, except for specified transactions. 



Bugs Fixes

  1.  Fixed time-out errors during file export for Material Transactions, Job Transactions, and Machine Transactions by implementing data chunking for optimized performance. 
  2. Fixed issue where double-clicking the Enter button on Reports pages (e.g., Material Issued Report) redirected to the print page form. Now, pressing Enter triggers the Generate button to display results in the table. 
  3. Fixed issue in PO Return: Filtered results using item now correctly display in the PO Return list. 
  4. Fixed issue in CO Shipping: Resolved NaN value display for "Qty Remaining" on the second label when multiple CO Lines with the same item are present. 
  5. Fixed issue with printed job sheets not matching selected job sheet. The system now correctly prints job sheets based on unique job and suffix combinations. 
  6. Fixed issue with double entry occurrences during concurrent CO Picking transactions.
