New Features

1. Lot Expiry Date Update Utility – Users can now update lot expiry dates in bulk based on Item, Lot Number, Lot Source, Reference Number, and First Received Date filters, ensuring seamless expiry date management after transactions (e.g., PO Receipt) without interrupting mobile processes.

2. Preassign Lots for Job Receipt and PO Receipts – Users can now preassign lot numbers when creating a Job Order, or Purchase Order, rather than defining them at receipt or job completion. Use the "Preassigned Lot Label" report to print lot labels in advance and attach them to containers or bins when the lot is created. Upon receipt or job completion, the system assigns one or multiple preassigned lot numbers to the items in that line or job.

Improvements

  1. Enhanced "Lot Number Configuration" the "Running Number Digits" field now supports a value of zero, allowing Lot Numbers to be generated without a running number (e.g., 250418 for April 18, 2025).
  2. Enhanced "Machine Run Stop" and "Job Run Stop" forms to support restart. The Restart button is now available, allowing users to seamlessly stop and restart runs in a single action, eliminating the need to manually start a new run.
  3. Enhanced material issuance control for job processing. New parameters "Require Full Material Issue for Job Receipt" and "Require Full Material Issue for Operation" ensure all required materials are issued before allowing Job Receipt, WIP Move, Machine Run, or Labor Run. Insufficient issuance will block the action with an error message.
  4. Enhanced CO Picking flow after performing a picking transaction, users will remain on the same page if there is remaining required quantity, allowing continuous scanning. This applies regardless of whether the label printing parameter is enabled or disabled.

  5. Added a new "Lot Prefix" field in Item Master to define a default prefix for auto-generated lot numbers.
