1. Customer Return without Customer Order reference
Users can now manage customer returns independently of Customer Orders (CO), enabling streamlined return processing without needing a linked CO. Key features:-
- Ability to create and manage returns from customers without linking to CO.
- Track returned items and quantities accurately for improved returns handling.
- Integration with the Reason Code master for efficient categorization of returns.
- Ability to generate return labels directly for easy and accurate return shipments.
- View and report on return status and return lines for streamlined operations.
2. Attach Item Images and Display on Barcode Labels
Users can now upload and manage multiple images for items directly from the Item List form. One image can be set as the Primary image for use on barcode labels. Users can easily view, delete, or upload new images. When designing barcode labels, the Primary Item Image can be selected to appear on the printed label.
Improvements
- Enhanced Integration Log with Retry Sync Function
A "Resync" button has been added to the Integration Log for failed transactions, allowing users to retry syncs directly from the log. The system now tracks resync attempts with additional columns: Last Resync, Resync By, and Resync ID.
To reduce clutter, a new filter, "Show Only Latest Failed Attempt", is available. This filter displays only the most recent failure for each transaction, while older failed attempts with a resync record are hidden.
Enhanced Integration Log Performance
Log entries are now limited to the last 90 days to improve system performance and reduce loading time.
The Status filter now defaults to "Failed" to help users focus on unresolved transactions.
A new "Process Name" filter has been added with multi-select capability, allowing users to filter results more effectively.
Enhanced filter entry by adding the "Scan Axacute QR here..." field to the following forms, enabling users to scan a QR code and streamline the search and data entry process.

- Enhanced "Labor & Machine List" where previously both were combined into a single view. They are now separated into "Active Machine Runs" and "Active Labor Runs" under the History menu, improving clarity and allowing users to set individual object-level permissions for each list.
- Enhanced lot source display for WIP activities. Lots created from WIP Move, Machine Run, or Labor Run will now show their specific source (e.g., Machine Run, Labor Run, WIP Move) instead of the generic "Job Receipt", improving traceability and visibility of lot origins.
- Enhanced navigation by moving the Utilities menu under the Transactions menu, removing it as a separate top-level menu.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in the GRN List where custom fields defined as List type were incorrectly displayed as textboxes. They now correctly appear as dropdowns based on the field definition.
- Fixed an issue where the modified date in exported CSV and Excel files from the "Alternate Barcode" was displayed in a timestamp format. The modified date will now follow the site settings format for consistency.
