1. Job Material Pick List Report
Introduced a new report to guide warehouse personnel in picking job materials. The report lists required items, lots, locations, and quantities based on predefined issue methods such as FEFO, FIFO, Lot, or Location without relying on prior system allocations
2. Object Label Form
A new form has been introduced to centrally manage label templates by mobile object. It provides a consolidated view of all mobile objects and their assigned labels, allows assigning a default label template per mobile object, and supports adding new mobile object–label associations. This improves visibility and control over label assignments for mobile transactions.
Improvements
- Enhanced user experience in Material, Job, and Machine Transaction forms by enabling key column hyperlinks to open in a new tab. This allows users to view related records without leaving the current page. Hyperlinks enhanced:

- Material Transaction:
- Enhanced the "Aggregated Materials Requirement" report to allow entering Qty to Release greater than the Qty Released, providing flexibility in material planning and issuance.
- Enhanced preassign lot label printing to support label selection. Users can now choose from a list of pre-configured label templates based on the selected order type (e.g., Job Receipt, PO Receipt), allowing more flexible and accurate label printing.
- Enhanced Item Warehouse handling to support auto-creation and validation across forms.
- When a new item is created manually or via import, the system auto-creates an Item Warehouse if the user has a default warehouse defined.
- A new parameter "Auto Create Item Warehouse If Missing" is added in Transaction Parameters.
- When checked, the system auto-creates missing Item Warehouse records during order creation.
- When unchecked, the system blocks the process and displays an error if Item Warehouse is missing.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Warehouse and Location dropdown borders in the Job Material Issue transaction parameters were cropped and did not display correctly.
- Fixed an issue where the system created a new location with Location Type = Stock during TO Receipt. It now correctly assigns Location Type = Transit.
- Fixed an issue where a redundant Warehouse field appeared in the TO Receipt interface. This field has been removed for a cleaner layout.
- Fixed an issue in the Transaction Parameters form where the "Plus" button for the Job Receipt object was not vertically aligned with the "Refresh" and "Delete" buttons.
- Fixed an issue where the "Delete" button was missing for the Job Receipt object in the Transaction Parameters form.
- Fixed an issue in the Item Warehouse form where the 'Qty Available' column was not right-aligned. Numeric field alignment has been corrected for better readability and consistency.
- Fixed an issue where the system allowed saving a duplicate Item BOM copied from a Job Order. The system now prevents duplication when the same Item and BOM Revision already exist.
- Fixed an issue where the Vendor field appeared blank when printing the Preassign Lot Label, ensuring the vendor information is now correctly displayed on the printed label.
