1. How do I get support for the implementation?

2. What needs to consider before starting implementation?
Determine to run Axacute as a standalone system or integration with your existing system.
Consider the type and number of scanners and barcode printers needed. You may also want to make sure your infrastructure is ready. The locations in the warehouse and production should be covered by Wi-Fi.
3. How to identify the number of scanners and barcode printers required?
You can be based on: -
1. Number of processes in the warehouse
2. Number of processes need to generate barcodes
3. Number of work centers on the production floor
4. Number of workers in each department and/or each shift
5. Number of transactions will be performed concurrently in the same department.
Example: 3 docking areas are always busy with receiving in the morning, so it will need at least 3 scanners for the receiving process.
6. Number of warehouses or buildings, location structure, number of docking areas, etc.
4. I have an ERP system currently in use. How can I integrate Axacute with my current ERP?
Axacute offers an Integration solution between Axacute and your ERP using API. You can refer to Axacute Developer Portal for more information on Integration guide.
5. I do not have technical people for the API integration. Can you help?
We are not providing support for API integration at the moment. You may engage a third party vendor, or check with your current system vendor for help. Or you may refer to Axacute Developer Portal to find out more.
6. How can I report a bug/issue in the system?
You may report the bug/issue in our Forum. If you subscribe to our paid plan, you can submit a ticket to our support team from the Support Portal. The response time of the reported issue varies depending on your subscription plan and the nature of the issues.
7. How can I upgrade my Axacute system when there is a new version?
For Cloud (SaaS) version, we will send you the release note and inform the new version release date and time in advance. The software will auto-upgrade at the date and time we provide, there is no action needed from your side.
8. How many users can I login using the same ID?
Only 1 user can login to the same ID at the same time. If there is a 2nd user login with the same ID at the same time, the system will prompt a warning message to notify the 2nd user. However, we strongly encourage to assign only ONE login ID to ONE single user to enjoy an uninterrupted using experience. Besides, restriction to 1 user/ID also facilitates the tracking of the transactions performed by each user.
9. Can I save my current transaction as a Work-In-Progress draft to post the transaction later?
No. Axacute is a data capturing service intended to provide real-time data visibility and transparency.
10. Can I have access to Axacute when I am working remotely from home?
Yes you can! As long as you have a stable internet connection, you can have access to Axacute by login to your assigned site ID without the need to establish any VPN or Remote Connection.
11. How to bulk update item stock quantity?
You can use the Axacute Excel templates to import your stock quantity to your Axacute.
For non-lot-tracked item:
Step 1: Go to Solution->User Guide->Template Files
Step 2: Download "04-Import Template.zip"
Step 3: Extract "11. Import-Item Location" file and fill in your opening stock information
Step 4: Once done, go to Axacute application, navigate to "Home -> Master Files -> Item Locations" and import your data
For lot-tracked item:
Prerequisite: Lot must be created in Axacute. If not, follow these steps.
- Go to Solution->User Guide->Template Files
- Download "04-Import Template.zip"
- Extract "12. Import-Lot.xlsx" file and fill in lot information
- Once done, go to Axacute application, navigate to "Home -> Master Files -> Lots" and import lot data to create lots
